Vintage Tea Set, Japan Lusterware, Hand Painted Floral, Chinoiserie, Japan Imports, Iridescent, Oriental Tea Set, Asian Collectors, Drinkware, Tea Gifts, Tea Wares, (Discontinued) Made in Japan Vintage: 1921 - 1941 Details:  A very desirable Japanese Lusterware Tea Set.  It is Hand Painted with a bright floral design, a large orange flower and a smaller blue flower, among green leaves plus a purple / bluish lusterware band.  The set includes:  Lidded teapot, Creamer, Lidded Sugar Bowl w/Handles, Four (4) Tea Cups, Four (4) Saucers, and Two (2) Serving Plates, 15 Pieces in total, counting the lids, all made of fine, very translucent, porcelain.  The teapot has an internal filter on the spout opening.  Several pieces have the "Made in Japan" backstamp.  This will be heavy and require lots of wrapping to get to you safely, please keep that in mind at checkout.  This entire set is in really good condition considering its age, perfect for your favorite tea lover, or chinoiserie lover!
