Recommended Water Flow: Moderate to higher water flow. Description: This is a rooted Halimeda variety originating from the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico. Rooted Halimeda is a common reference to a variety of species including Shaving Brush, Mermaids Fan, ect. The holdfast (root ball) should be planted into the sandbed about an inch and completely covered with sand. A 1.5 inch Aragonite sand bed is recommended.
