Inspired by a tale of whimsy. Two children wandering through the woods searching for home. The dark eerie yet wholesome and magical story inspired me. This piece and its partner Over the Garden Wall, are an enchanting duo. Creating soft magic from the earthy moss and the touch of mauve in the sky as it fades to night. The only way home is through a mysterious forest. Over the Garden Wall is one of my favorite shows. I fell in love with the story and the artwork is also impeccable.
