Small Egg Basket #1982

This is Small Egg Basket #1982 which was handmade here at 1840 Farm on March 16, 2024.  This pretty basket features a collection of fabrics including solids and patterns in shades of lavender, pink, blue, and green. It is stitched together with lavender colored thread. The finished size of this basket is approximately 4 inches high and has a top diameter of 8 inches.  Our small egg basket is sized to safely transport six to eight large eggs fresh from your coop. It's also the perfect way to add a bit of color and texture to a table, desk, or shelf. Our coiled fabric egg baskets feature two handles.  Because the baskets are lightweight and flexible, the two handles can be used to hold the basket with one hand.  This makes them perfect for collecting fresh eggs from the coop or produce from your garden.  We use these baskets to collect the eggs laid by our flock of heritage breed hens and ducks every day.
