Includes: 8 shorter studs 8 longer studs 16 washers 16 nuts 1 packet of moly lube Greatly improved clamping reduces the risk of head gasket failure. Recommended 45, 70, 85 ft/lbs using moly lube. Studs last for the lifetime of your engine making them a great investment over the single-use torque to yield bolts from the factory.  Teflon tape required for threads going into the block to prevent coolant leaks. Do not use a paste to seal these. Installation Method for Head Stud Kits  200,000 PSI 7/16 inch Diameter To ensure proper thread engagement and accurate torque readings, clean ALL threads in the block. Chase if necessary with ARP Thread Chaser.  Clean and inspect all hardware prior to installation.
