Adams & Sons, England.  From the mid-20th century, it features a creamy glazed surface with a ribbed lower belly and under the spout.  It stands 5 ¼ inches tall and holds up to 16 ounces.  A simple yet classy ironstone milk pitcher which also can double as a petite size bathroom or kitchen floral vase.
