  Product Description:  Such a charming Serving Dish by Coiffe et Cie decorated at a factory in Limoges France by Lazarus Straus and Sons (LS&S). Lazarus Straus and Sons, was an American Company, importer who also opened a factory in Limoges, France where this dish was most likely decorated by skilled artists. From the early 1900s, this creamy white, glazed porcelain dish in oblong form is beautifully decorated with a polychrome transfer of purple clustered wild violets, hand-applied highlights and heavy gold gilt trim. Measuring 13 ½ inches long, its slightly cupped upwards towards handles giving it an elegant form and a beautiful addition for your next table setting.
