Vintage Carved Wooden Wallpaper Textile Stamp Block, Carnation Rose

  Description:   In the earlier days, it could take many different wooden blocks to print that ideal design for a wall paper hanging or textile printing.  The details on this early printing block stamp are wonderful.  It's beautifully carved from a single block of wood with an attached, nailed wooden block handle.  Entire surface finished in black, it depicts a single 3 inch floral in the center, possibly rose or carnation with five leaves protruding outward.  Note:  Please refer to "Condition" for additional information.
