  Product Description:   This original, one of a kind, needlepoint features an 8 year old cross-stitch artwork from many years gone by.  The child's name on the bottom is signed in cross-stitch; Sarah Jane (Lane?) Sharp .  Her Work Age 8.  The frame may not be original to the sampler although has been in this frame for a period of time due to the age on the cardboard backing and nails.  Even though this needlework is worn, it for sure is a spectacular example of an early American school-girl sampler.
