Gem Trio

There are 18 flat surfaces on this bead...6 around the outer edge, then 6 facets on the top and 6 facets on the bottom!!  This is a fun shape and can really play with the light, especially with transparent glass or a nice reduction on the surface. Depending how heavy handed you are with the firepolishing will depend how pronounced those facets are. The Gem Trio has 3 cavities that measure: Mini 13mm x  mm, Small 15mm x  mm,  and Medium 18mm x mm The press works best with 1/16th or 5/64th mandrel.  If you work primarily with 3/32nd mandrels you can select that modification, which we will provide at no charge.
