The insert houses removable tungsten weights which give the Kraken trainer a more neutral (less handle biased) balance profile. Compatible with Krake v2.5 and v3. Not recommended for v2--loose spine insert and tight edge inserts make it challenging to install.  Features Removable Tungsten weights reduce the stock handle bias and let you adjust the balance on the Krake Raken Trainer to fit your preference.
