If you have purchased Mark 3 unit, this accessory is included. 2. This product is only for ZERO BREEZE Air Conditioner Mark 3. It can't be used for ZERO BREEZE Air Conditioner Mark 1 or Mark 2 3. To pair the remote, press and hold the Light and Fan buttons simultaneously on the Mark 3 AC unit. Then, press and hold the Light and Fan+ button on the remote. The pairing is successful when the signal icon stops flashing. 4. Accessories of Mark 3 do not support the 30-day return policy.
