Name: Mikawa Chidori Flower color: Pink, Blue  Plant height: 2  feet Flower season: June to July Own Roots, Not Grafted.    Mikawa Chidori's sepals are larger than the petals and stand out when open. It is originally a single-flowered variety, but the sepals are visible behind the petals, so it looks like a half-double flower. Compared to the ornamental flowers of general hydrangea, it is small because it is a bisexual flower. The stump of Mikawa Chidori is not as big as a mountain hydrangea and has a slightly more delicate stump than the general Hydrangea macrophylla and the Western hydrangea. It is characterized by slightly thin branches. However, even though the branches are thin, they are not so fragile that they break easily. The cultivar is originally native to Japan.   - SHIPS IN ORIGINAL PLANTER: To prevent root damage, all of our plants will be shipped in their original planters. - LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE: We pack our plants with love and care.
