Box of 9 Raspberry Chocolate Truffles

Inside our Raspberry dark chocolate ganache 9 pieces heart-shaped in a artisan box. We create a thin shell made of 72% cocoa content chocolate. The filling is an emulsion of raspberry juice, with a little bit of cream for smoothness. Once we add this inside the shell we add a small piece of strawberry pate de fruits to intensify the flavor. For an optimal tasting experience, enjoy at room temperature.
