Chocolate Roll

This artisan confection is a Zam Artisan Chocolates original creation.  This fake salami roll made to look like a "trompe l'oeil" Salami is sure to delight young and old,  is full of good stuff such as dark chocolates, almonds, hazelnuts, crushed cookies, candy citrus peel. It is a great snack for kids, serve it as a dessert with a slice of fruit.  Makes a great gift, or serve it to your guest, it takes about 10 to 12 slices.
