The Vietri Lastra Handled Rectangular Platter has a rustic yet chic shape inspired by an overlapping wooden mold, used for centuries to form Parmesan and other cheeses throughout Italy. A dusting of brown at the edges suggests the ash that was used to preserve these artisan cheeses and highlights each unique silhouette. Hand formed in Tuscany of Italian stoneware.  Made in Italy.  Size - 16"L x 8.75"W CARE:  Dishwasher safe - when using a non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the low heat setting, air dry cycle, and not overloading the dishwasher.
