Smokescreen Cabernet Sauvignon (2021)

Winemaker Notes This Cabernet is a big, fruit forward wine. It is purple in color with tons of texture. The 2021 has aromas of blackcurrants, cassis and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with notes of dark fruits, toasted mocha, hazelnut, and blueberries ending in a long finish with polished fine tannins. Although we make the Smokescreen wines to be drinkable at release, it can be aged for years to come. Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 7% Petite Verdot
