After it has been pressed it remains in oak barrels for a year, which gives it its excellent texture and its dry, harmonious taste with highly balanced tannins. Its aromas convey a hint of brushwood; it is a preferred accompaniment to full-bodied pasta and game dishes.   91 - Wine Enthusiast This bottling is a fresh and vibrant example of Nebbiolo. A wafting nose offers sour cherry, tart strawberry, fresh rose and hints of limestone. Fine tannins and energetic acidity give the wine great structure, with a pretty core of red fruit that finishes with earthy and mineral notes.
