Tasting Notes: Sweet Citrus, Blackberry, Raspberry Roast Level 01: Light Roast  Coming from our farming partners in Ethiopia, our single origin Espresso is perfect as straight up espresso or a smaller milk drink such as a cortado, or cappuccino. Expect fruity notes of blackberry and raspberry. You will also taste notes of sweet citrus. Origin: EthiopiaProcessing: Natural Light Espresso Recipe: 18g of coffee yields 40g in 31 seconds. We recommend your finished shots of espresso should weigh between 1.5-2.5 times as much as your coffee dose. This provides an excellent total extraction level and maximizes the flavor profile pulled out of the coffee.
