Trotter vest pattern
The Trotter vest is wonderfully easy to knit but super stylish to wear. It will make a great staple piece to add to your wardrobe. It will look as great over a tee with a casual pair of jeans, as it does over a blouse and skirt or even a dress. It’s a classic design knitted with a very structured yarn. Knitted flat and in three pieces, seamed with either a decorative simple crochet method as shown here (photo tutorial included) or with the traditional seaming method, if you prefer. The two front pieces have a shaped neckline. One size vest, the measurements are 20“ in length, 44” in width with a 4” front opening, a 7” shoulder seam, the single bottom front side measures 9.5” with an armhole measuring 21” in circumference.
