The Twist - OOAK Variant (Trial 1) - Hand Dyed Superwash 100% Merino Wool Sock Yarn

Merino wool superwash sock/fingering weight yarn hand dyed in a OOAK (one-of-a-kind) variant of the Yarntuary signature colorway “The Twist”, inspired by pastry and chocolate twists and named after the song by Chubby Checker. This hank was produced as an experiment that led to the final colorway. The main differences between this hank and the final are the placement and application of color as well as the color of the bread, which has more of a butterscotch tone in this variant.  This is a really pretty, completely unique hank of yarn. Such a warm and fun colorway! This yarn is luxurious and soft and the ply is so yummy (2-ply)! It can be used to make socks and other items such as scarves, shawls, cowls, and more! The yarn is 100% Superwash Merino Wool (399 yd/, 100g/3.5 oz, weight 1). This hank of yarn was dyed by hand, as are all Yarntuary yarns.  The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand
