The Nocqua 12V Output Regulator was created specifically for devices that need at least 11V to function. With this regulator, your device will receive a steady 12V output until the Nocqua battery is fully drained. Simply install the 12V Regulator between the battery and electronic device. To expand your options, you can also use the Nocqua Y Connector (optional accessory) to split the power signal from the battery with one leg going to the 12V Regulator and the other going to a USB adapter, LED lights, or other Nocqua accessories.
