Xtreme Fitness Hawaii’s Cast Iron Olympic Plates are black steel standard Olympic plates with a 2” center opening. The dimensions and weight differ based on the plate option that is selected. Olympic plates offer a thinner width which allows the lifted to load more weight on the bar, offering a heavier lift. The weight tolerance of each plate follows the common standard of +/- 2%.
