It’s lightweight and safe for all skin types, including oily and acne-prone skin.  DIRECTIONS:  Dispense 3-4 pumps onto dry hands. Massage oil cleanser onto dry skin including eye area. Wet hands and add water to the skin and massage. Oil Cleanser will emulsify and milk when water is added. Thoroughly rinse with lukewarm water. For long-wear and waterproof makeup, dispense 2 pumps onto a cotton pad and press on the area for 10 seconds and gently wipe outwards.  INGR
