Add a Camera System to Your Jeep Wrangler The ALP-HRN-CAMCH is a Custom Camera Input Harness for the 2007 - 2018 Jeep Wrangler that includes a 4-foot RCA camera input cable that connects the factory Jeep Wrangler dash system to the HCE-TCAM1-WRA Spare Tire Rear-View Camera System and Third Brake Light or the HCE-RCAM-WRA Spare Tire Rear-View Camera System. Keep Your Factory Jeep Wrangler Display If you love your factory Jeep Wrangler dash system but want to add a rear-view camera, the ALP-HRN-CAMCH Custom Camera Input Harness allows you to add an aftermarket camera to the 2007 - 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Easy Installation The custom 4-foot RCA camera input cable is the correct length to reach down to the passenger side kick panel where the dash system connection is made. The camera's composite video cable plugs into the ALP-HRN-CAMCH, which then plugs into the vehicle-specific input on the back of your Jeep Wrangler's radio. The camera image can then be viewed on your factory screen. System Compatibility While the ALP-HRN-CAMCH is a perfect match for the HCE-TCAM1-WRA or the HCE-RCAM-WRA (sold separately), it also works with any Alpine rear-view camera system that has a universal connection. Please Note: Additional programming will be required to activate the camera input with your Jeep Wrangler factory dash system and can be done at your local Jeep dealership.
