Hooping Flat FabricPAL3 attaches to any flat work surface including the Totally Tubular Hooping Station. When hooping flat fabric, slide Hoop Mat under PAL3 aligning the laser with grid on the Hoop Mat. Place Monster Snap Hoop’s bottom frame, or your standard hoop’s outer ring, on the mat.
