Knitting 202: Beyond Knits & Purls - Increases and Decreases

Description:   Are you a beginner wondering where to go after 101? This class is for you! Knitting 202 covers basic increases and decreases, the stitches we use make shawls, hats, sweaters — pretty much everything beyond scarves. You don’t have to take 201 to take 202; you only need to be able to knit and purl. Everyone will leave equipped to start their first wrap or shawl. Class Dates/Times:   February 22 OR April 26 9-11 AM Instructor: Jennifer Haupt  Skill Level: Beginner - Can knit and purl Skills gained: Yarn overs, kfb, k2tog, ssk, M1L and M1R, centered double decreases Materials Needed for Class:  Needles size US 6, 7 or 8 (straight or circular either is ok) Worsted weight practice wool. Have the yard wound, if needed, before class.  *****Knitting 201 and 202 can be taken separately and in any order******
