The colorwork design pays homage to elements present in art and architectural design in ancient cultures in the third and fourth centures of the common era in the Eastern part of what was then the Roman Empire. This is a fun, enjoyable sweater to make AND wear. It’s meant to be comfortable, with a few inches of positive ease and a relaxed neckline. If you use superwash wool yarn make sure to pick the size closest to your bust size as superwash yarn can have a tendency to grow! I hope you enjoy your project and your finished sweater!
