8th and Main by Martha Wissing
This pattern is available on Ravelry. The cape is knit in the round from the top down, beginning with the cowl. The cowl neck is worked in a half brioche rib stitch, followed by a k1, p1 rib. Increases for the cape are made on either side of the cables. The armholes are created by working the front and body pieces separately as flat pieces.
