Black Walnut Dining/Conference Table with Multi-Blue Epoxy River & Waterfall Edge

This table, handcrafted to resemble a Ford Blue color palette, is a work of functional art. It boasts an epoxy resin river with varying blue tones to create a true "water" effect that flows between the live edges of the black walnut slabs into an impressive waterfall edge. Dimensions: Appx. 40" x 100" x 30" This table was made using hand-picked Black Walnut that was cut, dried, kilned, and flattened, then through our shop and all the various artistic processes we employ to make the repurposed wood beautiful again. After the epoxy was poured, the piece was flattened again, trimmed, routed, for metal reinforcements, then sanded up on the underside and oiled. Once the bottom was ready, next 2 cuts had to be made by hand across the entire piece using a circular saw at high-precision: Both at 45° in opposite directions from the same point, to allow for a continuous wood grain that you see on the corners.
