Big Leaf Maple Burl C-Table Encased in a Shimmering Blue / Red Epoxy

This is a gorgeous big leaf maple burl with tremendous figure and character. The live edges can be seen through the epoxy with great detail. The wood was dried and kilned and has now been made into a striking C-table with highly swirled blue and red epoxy encasing the wood. Bare-metal hand-forged steel legs, sanded and clear coated accentuate the overall look, but don't take away from the beauty of the table top.  C-tables make wonderfully useful side and under-the-sofa-tables due to the open leg structure. A great table top to place your drink while sitting on the sofa and relaxing. To finish this table, we used Osmo Polyx-Oil in a satin finish. Osmo creates some of the world's best solid wood finishes which finish non-toxic and are eco-friendly. We also applied a final ceramic coating for extra durability.Dimensions:  Wood top is 17.75" long X 12" wide X 1.5" thick and total height including the base is 26.5".
