
Angelisco Reposado Tequila
Pale yellow in appearance, due to this tequilas resting of 9 months in formerly used Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. This reposado is reminiscent on the nose of coconut, crème brulee and bell peppers, and tastes much of the same, with added notes of vanilla. Angelisco is a family by choice. Angelisco Tequila is produced in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the deep red, mineral-rich, volcanic soil within the Golden Triangle of the Los Altos region. The Golden Triangle, at a 6,000 foot elevation, is known for producing some of the finest tequilas in Mexico. These growing conditions allow for the growth of larger agaves, with a higher sugar content. Highlands tequilas are naturally sweeter, more fruit-forward, and tropical in flavor.
