Downrod Customization

Default Options: Includes two standard downrods: 4 inches (≈10 cm) and 8 inches (≈20 cm). One of these must be selected for installation.The minimum customizable length is 4 inches (≈10 cm). Custom Length Specifications: Custom lengths must be submitted in whole tens of centimeters (e.g., 12 in ≈ 30 cm, 24 in ≈ 60 cm). Lengths are converted using 1 in = 2.54 cm. Order Process: Check the Downrod Customization option. Specify the desired length (in inches) and quantity in the "Note" section of your shopping cart. Only one downrod can be customized per customization request. If you need multiple custom lengths in a single order, increase the number of customization requests in your cart accordingly. Pricing: Up to 24 inches (≈60 cm): No extra charge. Over 24 inches (≈60 cm): An additional fee applies.
