  These are practice contact staves, great for training, exploration and daytime spinning.  Sold individually  Details Medium size double staves.   Built on an unbendable carbon fiber core with shock absorbing balls for end-weight and rotation.   The size and weight of these staves are perfect for blending contact with technical grid patterns and, of course, for beautiful fishtails.   Diameters We offer 2 standard diameters for these staves.13mm is about the thickness of a picky finger.16mm is about the thickness of a thumb.The skinnier size makes some moves (like tip-tails) more accessible.The thicker size makes full contact rolls (like angle rolls) more accessible.   Grip We offer 2 types of grips: Wizard Grip:The ultimate contact staff grip made from sustainable natural rubber.  It is light-weight, extremely grippy, and comfortable on the skin.  Absorbs sweat while maintaining very good traction.  Available in multiple colors, and as thin or double-thickness.  Requires replacing aft
