This is a standard design with UNITED STATES COAST GUARD on all four rockers and can not be customized. I do have a Life Ring Shadow box that is customizable.  A great gift or retirement present for your Coast Guard, Navy, Merchant Marine, Maritime Captain, or Nautical Enthusiast. The frame, constructed of solid Red Oak or Maple precision cut measures 28" in diameter and inlayed with Black Walnut lettering of your choice. (limited space). The ring is constructed of 3/4" Red Oak or Maple attached to 1" thick "retro reflective tape" blocks to provide a 3D effect. The entire ring is wrapped with 5/8" Poly Polypropylene Line for the true Life Ring appearance. Clear glass is inlayed into the frame to protects the contents. The box is my standard octagon which measures 23" in diameter construct
