In Spain’s hot and arid Meseta, the high altitude plains allow the grapes to develop a superior level of ripeness, while maintaining a balanced acidity to create an elegant Tempranillo. Its concentrated cherry and plum flavors, topped with overtones of vanilla and cedar lead with a firm structure and is softened by barrel aging in French and American oak.
