Le Coste Paino 2017

This special wine is made from Procanico grapes from a selection of the most concentrated bunches from the 'Le Coste' and 'La Chiesa' vineyards harvested at full maturity. The grapes were destemmed and spent a month macerating before being pressed off to amphorae for a year and then moved to old barrels for a further two years of rest. This warm, dry vintage has produced a deep, powerful wine of great concentration.
