Cosmic Vinyaters Constellacio Emporda Clarete 2023

6 variety, red-white-pink co-fermented homage to the native grapes of the region, Empordà. A VERY light red-ish wine (actually a co-ferment) from young vines in the Agullana vineyard grown organically on sandy granite soils. A blend of all Garnachas (red, gris, and blanc) + all Carignans (red, gris, and blanc) + a little Moscatell Alexandria. Hand harvested, destemmed. 30% carbonic maceration, 60% skin maceration for 5 days, 10% crushed with the feet and macerated for 12 days. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and aged for 4 months on the lees.
