Organic, Valle do Guadelupe, Mexico Tasting Notes and Drinking Window: From the organic and biodynamic front-runner in northern Baja comes a lovely rosé made of a first press of their estate Tempranillo. An exceptionally complex bouquet of raspberries, strawberries, and lemon rind, this wine would pair with just about any charcuterie board you could imagine. Make haste as this is drinking perfectly on release. For the last two vintages they have experimented with holding a portion of this in the concrete eggs used for the premium wine Ananda and the results are stunning.
