Cyrus is composed of 66% Cabernet Sauvignon 23% Cabernet Franc 6% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. Aromas of black cherry plum spice oak mint and vanilla fill the glass. There is good entry and balance with flavors of dark fruits such as black cherry, black plum, cassis cocoa eucalyptus, dark chocolate, vanilla, and a touch of nutmeg. This rich wine has big structure and a long finis
