This Pouilly-Fume challenges the notion that all the Loire Sauvignon Blanc action is in Sancerre. Gold in color, this wine opens with ripe golden apple, fall Bosc pear, brioche, quince and candied lemon peel. The wine is vibrant with some creaminess emerging on the attack followed by subtle baking spice and dried white blossom.
