Matthieu Barret "J'aurai Ta Peau" VDF Orange 2021 12x750ml 2021 (Case only)

"J'aurai Ta Peau" translates for "I will get your skin", "I'm gonna get you" in a friendly way. Matthieu purchases the grapes in Allan, 50 minutes driving south of Cornas. He harvests with his team and bring the grapes back to the winery to start the vinification there. According to Matthieu, the plant is happier in a wild environment rather than in a desert comprised of only vines. This diversity brings a distinct identity to his grapes; when the vineyard biome is treated with respect, he says, this balance is easier to maintain.
