An intense ruby red with slightly brick coloured reflexes. Typical nose of cherries under spirit and sweet notes of vanilla, spiced with nutmeg and cocoa. Full bodied and warm on the palate, soft yet powerful and incredibly long lasting. APPEARANCE: Ruby red in color with slightly orange highlights. BOUQUET: Perfume of cherry in the spirit fused to slightly sweet vanilla notes with a break that reminds nutmeg and cocoa. PALATE: The taste is aldo, ethereal with sweet but powerful and elegant notes that enhance its extraction density; persistent on the palate. PAIRING: Ideal with red meat and aged cheeses.
