Estrella Cabernet Sauvignon Proprietor's Reserve 2017

This fruit forward Cabernet has rich flavors of black cherry, currant, and raspberry followed by a hint of vanilla and white pepper.  With light tannins and a smooth finish this Cabernet lingers just enough to make you want another sip.  This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with marinated grilled tri-tip or chicken. Pastas served in a light cream sauce or red sauce will accompany the wine nicely.  Desserts to consider are cheesecakes or tiramisu.
