Single parcel of 30 year old Cabernet Franc in the southern part of the Chinon appellation. Hand harvested, short maceration, aged for 17 months in barrel. Most commonly, it is renowned for its wide bouquet, which often includes fascinating notes of tobacco, violets or bell pepper over a beautifully pale and decadent liquid.
