Meinklang, Österreich Weisser Mulatschak (2024)

Meinklang's Österreich Weisser Mulatschak is a blend of biodynamically farmed Welschriesling, Pinot Gris, and Traminer from Neusiedlersee in Austria. Harvested by hand with 5-7 days of maceration. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, and 4 months of aging in stainless steel sur lie. No fining, no filtration, and just a small amount of SO2 at bottling. An aromatic and tannic orange with notes of stone fruit and golden raspberry.
