Therefore, it will not outline or fill in to create a faux brow look. It will, however, subtly enhance the tone of your brows.  instructions Start with a CLEAN brow surface + bent brush bristles.  Lightly dampen bristles of the brush applicator. You may also mist Soapbox Brows product directly. Gently pass the wand over the product.  Fine brows apply a soft amount.  Brush brows into the desired shape.  Allow up to 60 seconds to dry. Rinse + disinfect with RESILIENT between uses. Allow the product in the tin to dry before closing completely. Re-purpose the empty tin.
