Beginning Wheel: Ceramic Fundamentals With Joe Geil: Friday Mornings July 18th- August 22nd

Friday Mornings July 18th- August 22nd $200 Tuition + $55 Supplies   This 6 week class is a beginning to intermediate wheel throwing class at Wildling Collaborative Arts in Eugene, OR. In this class we will build a strong foundation of basic pottery skills, including centering and making basic forms that can be made into cups, bowls, vases, and plates that you can use!  We will discuss, "What makes a good mug?" and practice making and attaching handles.  Each class begins with a demo and there will be plenty of time to practice with teacher support.This class is for people with little to no clay experience, or for those that want to tune their skills. Studio Reclaim Clay for class time as well as glazes, and firing for up to 1 shelf completed work in our  Skutt 1227 is included in the class price.
