Sourdough 101 -Hands on class

This is a great class for anyone new to the sourdough or maybe you’ve been trying but not getting the results you had hoped for. We go through the steps together. Answer questions as we go. Talk about sourdough starter feeding, using and troubleshooting.  Each student will mix and knead their own loaf of sourdough bread. They will take it home in a bamboo proofing basket to rise and bake the following day.  Students will also get an 18 page PFD filled with notes, tips and recipes as well as a jar of our sourdough starter to get you going on your sourdough journey.
