New York Strip Steaks

New York Strip, also known as strip steak, it's one of the more tender cuts, and our grass-fed and grass-finished strip steaks are from Florida. To preserve tenderness, avoid overcooking by lightly searing the steak in butter on the stovetop or in the middle of the grill to form a light crust on the outside. Turn the steak every few minutes until it reaches your desired redness in the middle.   14 oz steak We have a bulk option available! Each Bulk Box contains 20 vacuum sealed steaks.
